UX - Bus Eireann

Created this Figma prototype as part of the Certificate Fundamentals of User Experience (UX) Design at the IADT Creative Futures Academy. The goal of this project was to select an existing website and follow the UX process in order to create our individual prototypes with a better user experience for visitors. We followed the UX process in teams of 3 people but created the prototypes individually. Our group selected the Irish public transport company Bus Eireann as we found their website had many user experience issues and there was significant room for improvement in many areas.
